Shipping & Handling Information
All blank items ship within 48 hours not including weekends or holidays.
For embroidered items please allow 10-12 working days to apply the embroidery to the garment. If you do not approve your logo, we will not apply the logo to your garment. If this is the case your order time will be delayed. If additional items are purchased after the initial order is placed this will also delay your order. We offer ground shipping, 3 day, 2 day and overnight. When selecting you shipping method, please keep in mind the 10-12 working day turn around time (for production) and then shipping time. For companies that need embroidery and a faster turn around time than 10 working days rush orders are available according to production, please call (866-266-1888) to inquire about rushing orders and if we can accommodate you. For security reasons, we can only ship to the billing address of the card holder. Please contact us if you would like to ship to a different address.

Returns
Damaged ItemsAny damaged item should be called in immediately to our returns dept. and we will either replace the item or call it back and ship another one. Damaged orders must be called in within 15 days from the date was received. Easy ReturnsWe've done our best to make returns EASY for you to send back to us. Please call 1-866-266-1888 It can take up to two weeks for return packages to reach us and to be checked in (additional time may be needed after weekends and holidays). Once your return is checked in, please allow 3-4 business days for your bank to register the credit onto your account. As soon as your package is checked in, you will be notified via email. What do we charge for returns?
All returns/Exchanges MUST be called in for obtaining RAN (Return Authorization Number) from the Returns Dept.; all returns/exchanges are subject to inspection before credit is issued, no credit will be given for washed or used garments. Decorated (embroidered or screen printed) items can not be returned nor exchanged. No Restocking Fee on returns or exchanges as long as they’re made within 20 days after items being received. All returns must be made within 20 days of when items received. All sales are final after 20 days. Credit will be issued within 2 billing cycles (usually around 20 business days). Credit does not cover shipping cost and it is the customer responsibility to ship items back to our facility.

Purchasing Info
By logging in to your account you can see all previous orders were placed along with logos were submitted; but on top of that at WearForm we give our customers the luxury of ordering a variety of items and brands at the same time without minimum quantity, from hats to pants you can get uniforms blank or with decorations (logos, names or titles) all in the same basket; if you prefer to fax in your order you can do so by faxing it to 713-490-2448 or you can email your order to sales@wearform.com
Besides ordering online you can submit a non-payment order if you wish not to pay for the order instantly; once we get the order we will contact for further confirmation. If you are a new customer and wish to get uniforms with a logo; we will generate a stitch-out and send a swatch physically to you with an approval form via UPS prior to production; we also send approval emails for font-logo orders prior to production; once logos are submitted and approved them no need for approval on repeat orders as long as no construction or color change to the logo; name or titles do not get confirmed or send for approval; they will be pasted the customers have keyed them in electronically. |

Washing
Please follow washing instructions provided on garment tags for the longevity of the garment.
If your embroidary still has a plastic film on parts of it please be aware that this dissolves in water. |

Order Changing
Any modification or cancellation must be made and acknowledged by a sales representative; since we process orders promptly we can take changes and modifications in the same day the order was received;
once orders are in process they can’t be changed or modified; as for blank items (no decorations) changes or cancellations are impossible to make since we process and ship almost immediately.
Orders waiting for approval can be cancelled with a 8% fee (excluding artwork, or setup charges) within 90 days. |

No Sales Tax
Wearform.com does not collect sales tax except on purchases shipped to Texas.

Embroidary Information
All items checked with embroidery come with one-side embroidery whether
art-logo, font-logo or even a simple name on front sides or any of the sleeves.
The embroidery work should not exceed 10,000 stitches; for jumbo logos (bigger
than 10,000 stitches) a block of 5000 stitches can be purchased for $1.50 per
item (if needed).
